When EnergyLogic was preparing to publicly announce several new national initiatives – including the EnergyPro Exchange (EPX) for home builders and the Housing Tides Report for professionals with a stake in U.S. home and housing market – it sought Highland Communication Works' help to develop and execute public relations campaigns.
What I Delivered
- Developed a comprehensive communication plan to support EnergyLogic’s key business units serving builders, developers, energy raters/rating companies, home energy rating service providers, Building Performance Institute building analysts and architects.
- Created strategies to support case study programs, bylined article campaigns and ongoing media relations outreach, while leveraging EnergyLogic’s long history of customer successes, unique company culture and industry leadership.
- Led EnergyLogic through new product and service launches, including development and execution of strategic communication planning, messaging and “message mapping,” media spokesperson training, media relations outreach, public relations materials, website content and online media rooms.
- Provided support to partner organizations with customizable news release templates and messaging, with efforts that resulted in media briefings with key reporters, and coverage in key target outlets reaching audiences in the green construction building industry, utility companies, state energy offices and others.
